Dear Portage Path  Families,

I want to thank you all for the support and patience shown these past few weeks. I know I speak for the entire Portage Path staff when I tell you that we miss our students and families very much! While practicing social distancing requirements, we’ve experienced many successes as we continue the work that has to be done to ensure the educational needs of our students. We know that our partnership with our families is vital for positive results and appreciate your assistance in keeping students connected to learning at home. 

Our caring faculty and staff have worked diligently to provide engaging lessons through APS Connected Learning. Their commitment is outstanding and our kids are the beneficiaries. Their ability to provide well-rounded experiences for our kids to foster inquiry and problem-solving skills is greatly appreciated.

Above all, I want to congratulate all students of Portage Path CLC! Every day, I notice many students completing lessons through APS Connected Learning and meeting i-Ready requirements in math and reading (45 minutes per week for math and 45 minutes per week for reading with passing scores of 70% or higher). Please continue to work hard on assignments, communicate regularly with your teacher and be sure to take time with your family to talk, play and READ together.
