Mrs. Childers was recognized this week on the APS Staff Spotlight.
"Mrs. Childers is a fine arts teacher who goes above and beyond to showcase the hard work of her students. At the end of 2020, she recorded her kids performing in a virtual choir to celebrate the holiday season. Despite the challenges of the lingering effects of COVID and remote learning, she managed to produce a cute Christmas montage of her 3rd graders singing "Celebration Song" and "We wish you a Merry Christmas" while her 4th graders sang "Cray Cray Christmas" and "Deck the Halls".
